This is my sixth trip to India — and your invitation to come with me.

If India has been calling to you, this is your answer. You will not be traveling with a tour group or a stranger. You will be traveling with someone who is already home there. I am a part-time resident and teacher at the ashram where we will stay in Rishikesh. My guides and vendors are personal friends. I know and love this land. And I have been saving this particular journey for the right people, at the right time.

From sunrise at the Taj Mahal to deep immersion at the ashram in Rishikesh — no rushing, no checkboxes. Just India, the way it deserves to be experienced.

And because I know India can be as overwhelming as it is beautiful, we do not simply meet at the airport. We gather together bi-monthly or quarterly in the months leading up to our departure — so that by the time we land, you feel prepared, connected, and genuinely excited for everything ahead.

You do not need prior yoga experience. You do not need to have traveled internationally before. All you need is an open heart.

Come take a long, deep exhale with me in my home stomping grounds of iconic Stowe, Vermont.

Vermont is my home state. Stowe is where I grew up — I love these mountains so much I have them tattooed on my shoulder. I am returning by popular demand, and this time I am bringing one of my favorite people on the planet with me: the fabulous Liat Pisco. We are co-leading this one together, and — we are exponentially fun together!

This retreat is designed for you to do exactly as much or as little as you like. Every excursion is completely optional. Come for the adventure or come for the stillness. Both are a perfect choice.
